Our current VPN is using FortiClient VPN client.  The icon for this is a blue shield with a tick.

This is located in the system tray in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

If it is not there please go to the start menu and look for and open FortiClient.

In the resulting window please enter your normal credentials as you use with your computer.
